I will be analyzing a new Blockchain ICO for a project which I have done a research on, the project is named EQUI. This is a new project I believe is capable of being a success and will have its applications across the blockchain.
The analysis will be done in three parts, the first part will encompass the project introduction explaining the problems and solutions, in the second part i will be performing a SWOT analysis of the project and finally in the last part I will explain how the platform works where i will review the ICO structure.

Part 1: Project Introduction

EQUI in simple terms is a decentralized venture capital platform providing investment opportunities equally to everyone. EQUI capital is a platform that helps investors to invest in new or growing business startups with high growth potentials. EQUI vision is to empower the crypto community to join the next generation of venture capital investors. 
EQUI capital will be a disrupting force to the current venture capital market by providing investment opportunities not just for the wealthy but for every investor.

What Is Venture Capital?

Venture capital in basic terms is the money that is needed to fund a new or growing business. These funds are usually provided by firms’ individuals and institutions. It is the fund provided by venture capital firms or institutions to new or growing business with high or long term growth potential. The capital is provided to the new firm by the investors in exchange for EQUIty (shares) in the startup.

The Problem

The major flaw in the venture capital business for the masses is that the opportunities to invest in business startups with high growth potentials are only limited to venture capital firms and high net worth individuals who have the necessary resources to discover this businesses and invest in them. Ordinary Investors find it difficult to gain access to new and growing business start-up due to lack of resources, expertise and information, some investors even invest in the wrong business due to lack of mentorship or professional advice. On average Investors do not usually have access to these businesses at the startup stage (where the bargain is) until it has become popular. 
For instance, when the likes of Microsoft, eBay, Amazon, etc., were at their startup stages, some wealthy investors with the right information and advice invested in them because they had the opportunity to discover these businesses and see the large potential it possesses then. Those people that invested in the aforementioned businesses are reaping the massive rewards now compared to them that invested when it became popular.

The EQUI Solution 

EQUI capital is using the blockchain to take interested investors to that startup stage for promising business startups, so that they will have opportunities to invest using the EQUI tokens in their personal desired volumes and reap the profit that comes along with the business growth.
