Strength:
The online gambling industry is still in it monopolistic stage, launching a platform that solves real problems and brings innovations and efficiency into such a large growing market that is worth over $51 billion dollars is a great idea.

And considering the fact that the market is dominated mainly by the larger game developers who can afford to spend millions of dollars on advert, JoyToken team has to increase its marketing ability in other to remain relevant. 
Opportunity 
The gambling industry is a huge market worth over $51 dollars but also with it shortcomings.  JoyToken takes advantage of the Blockchain technology and unsatisfied wants of stakeholders on the industry to create a platform that will revolutionize the industry. Considering whole industry is growing at a geometry rate, and JoyToken being a platform that provides innovation and satisfy previously unfulfilled demands makes JoyToken extremely valuable. This is a platform that can capture a larger part of the $51 dollars worth industry. 
Threat
The main threat faced by every Blockchain project is the possibility of competitors due to the accommodating nature of the Blockchain. Potential competitors can gain access to the Blockchain and you never can tell the nature of the competition they will throw forth. 
Moreover there are existing large developers in the industry, who can also come up with another type of competition. Maintaining a large share of the industry won't be an easy task for JoyToken, but it is attainable.
