In this article, I will be using the VRIO analysis to evaluate the value Shivom adds to the world and the crypto market.
The VRIO analysis consists of the following factors (Value, Rarity, Imitation, and Organization), which depict how valuable a project could be.

Value

The ability to solve a problem or create a different and innovative way of doing things makes a project valuable. 
Successful projects and businesses adds value to the consumers by providing a certain service or product, a lot of blockchain platforms provides this same value albeit in a certain niche or to a specific audience/consumer base.
Shivom not only solves a problem, but also creates innovation in the genomic sequencing market. It offers scientist or researchers the ability to source for data from the original source (donors) at a relatively cheap price.
Shivom is also valuable to the whole world, as it offers a platform for the acquisition of genome data (the most valuable data), which can be used for the development of cure or vaccine to the thousands of rare diseases present in the world. 
Shivom offers real value to life and most importantly, it can be adopted by everyone irrespective of if they have previous blockchain experience or not. Collection of DNA is very easy and takes literally just 2 seconds, and Shivom then takes over, carrying out the DNA sequencing and storage of data. 
Shivom offers the donors ability to regain control of their most valuable data and the choice to help the world by making it available to researchers either freely or at a cost. The donors will identify this as an opportunity to impact the lives of others and also as an additional source of income.

Rarity

Rarity in this context, means how uncommon or unique a project is.
The need for a medical project that offers genomic data sequencing has being for a longtime. A lot of diseases whose cure is rare to find or unknown has cut short so many lives. Scientists who have the ability to develop effective cure for these diseases find it hard to source the required genomic data.
