By creating a platform where genomic data can be sequenced and stored safely, Shivom makes it possible for scientist and researchers to gain access to the data they need at a relatively low amount. And considering the fact that Shivom is not limited to a particular country or location, but available to the whole world makes this a nice opportunity to exploit.
Presently genomic sequencing companies make very good revenue and profits from not only sequencing people's genome but also from the sale of this data to other institutions, without compensating the donors. Shivom offers the donors an opportunity to earn from an additional source, by just helping the world with their genome.
Considering the size, income and potential rate of increase the market possesses, the opportunity to provide innovation and efficiency shouldn’t be missed out on. 
The world health market is worth trillions of dollars and shivom is tapping into this market with an all new idea and is offering something that is not only missing but is also needed. The potential for growth are enormous for shivom, and the investors will benefit as well.

Threats 

Threats are the negative external factors that affect the progress of a project.
The current data sequencing companies make billions of dollars from the market and are already established and possesses the right connections. They will see the existence of Shivom as a threat and will respond to it as swiftly as possible. And considering that the Blockchain is without barriers to entry, the companies can easily integrate their existing system with the Blockchain. 
I believe that the Shivom team is extremely capable of fighting off this threat by implementing unique features that will distinguish shivom from it potential competitors.
